To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of enrollment. Refunds are processed within 14 business days. After 30 days, all sales are final.

Projects you create during courses belong to you. You may use them in your portfolio, modify them, or publish them as you wish.
You agree to use our platform respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior toward mentors or other students is prohibited and will result in account termination.
Do not upload malicious code, spam, or illegal content to our platform. Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our systems.
Our courses are provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, job placement, or income results from completing our courses.
While we maintain high standards, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
GameAxen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your course.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases. Paid course fees are non-refundable upon termination for cause.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bilbao, Spain.
